User and Carer Involvement (UCI)


One in four people in Scotland experience a mental health problem every year. This means that, at some point, you or someone you know will need to get help for poor mental health, whether that's talking to someone you trust, getting information online or going to your GP.

But more than 800,000 adults in Scotland don't know where to go to get help.

That's why SAMH has launched the Know Where to Go campaign.
